Aladdin was the first venture of new Directors Steve Walker and Marie Chester in 2001/2. Fortunately the previous director Bridget Oldroyd was still in the pantomime and gave help wherever it was needed!
The character of Aladdin was played by a new member to the group, Dawn Bagnall.
It was nice that we all got to know each other so well and formed such a strong team spirit! Steve and Marie worked well together and co-directed together until 2005.
